It typically takes 1.5-2 weeks from the date you order to get your product.  Although there are variables that may extend that time, or even make it shorter.  If you have  an event coming up, be sure to let your sales rep know you have an “in hands date” so we can make sure we get your order to you on time.

No.  Most products can be typeset with your name big and bold.  This is the best way to get people to see your name.  If you do have a logo, we may be able to use it on most products.  Just send us the best quality artwork you have, and our in house art department will do our best to make it work.  Most times we can pull a logo off a website but more detailed art requires vector files.

It doesn’t happen often, but if any mistakes are made on our part, we will replace your product ASAP.

Whenever possible, we source our products from the U.S.  If you only use products manufactured in the U.S., let your sales rep know and they will show you all our options.

We get this question a lot, and the answer is very simple.  Supply and demand.  Our prices are constantly changing depending on quantities and other factors, like what our vendors have in stock, how close they are to running out etc.  Plus with set pricing, there is no wiggle room.  We always work with our customers to ensure they’re businesses grow.  If you see something you like, give us a call and we’ll give you the best price we can.

We accept all major credit cards, and can take it over the phone.  We also offer COD for select customers who want to wait until the product gets there to pay for it.
